Where can CoffeeCigarette.com serve the products delivery?
We ship to almost anyplace in the world excepted United States of America (USA), Columbia, Israel because their duties do not allow import cigarettes. Be sure that you are from a state or country where viewing, purchasing, or distributing tobacco related products is NOT prohibited under local laws. All of tobacco products sold in this website are for personal consumption ONLY (NOT for RESELLING)
How many cartons are maximum order?
There is no maximum order. Order them as many as you want but for countries with straight law about imported tobacco, we recommended that they are no more than 10 cartons per single order.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
We suggest you to order only 1 carton per order if you are not willing to pay extra money for duty taxes. The maximum quantity for international acceptance limit is 10 packs or 200 cigarettes. However, we cannot guarantee that no duties will be charged as the policy for importing tobacco products is vary from place to place. If you place a larger than 10 packs or 200 cigarettes order, you will always have to pay duty taxes by your own.
Exception: UK and GERMANY customs accept limit of 50 cigarettes only, so you will always have to pay the duty taxes.
If you feel duty taxes in your country does not cost you so much, you may consider to place larger quantity order to get cheaper price benefits.
We suggest you to contact Customs Office in your country before ordering.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For now we only accept payment using money transfer & credit cards. At this time w e just accept money transfer & Credit Cards; Visa and American Express card.
I only have debit card, is it acceptable?
Yes, for now we accept debit and credit cards.
Do you accept checks or money order?
Sorry, we do not accept any checks or money order because they need much time to process.
Is it safe to give you the information on my credit card?
Yes, we are utilizing WU & Moneygram as our authorized retailer. They use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt all transactions and information. This means that sensitive data such as credit card numbers are being encrypted. Do not worry about anything, just make sure you use browser that can support it such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
What currency do you accept?
For now we only accept US$.

There is payment alternatives

How much do you charge for shipping cost?
Shipping cost is piced by Express Mail Service (EMS).
How about Taxes?
It depends on your country law. We are not responsible for paying duty taxes may applied by your local government customs. We suggest you to contact your local custom officer for more info prior ordering.
How do you ship our order?
We use PT Pos Indonesia (Government Postal Service) whose service is reliable. We ship order s (more than 1 carton) by Express Mail Service (EMS) International. If your country not listed on the EMS Destination (see below), we will ship your order by Registered Mail. For order 1 carton we ship your order by Registered Mail.

How long should we wait to get our order?
We will ship your order immediately once WU or Moneygram informs us that your payment has been settled. It depends on destination and the distance where the order come from. Please remember, there is always a few days spent for custom/duty clearance. Delivery time using EMS average 4-21 days (with Tracking Code). It is faster than using Registered Mail (20-45 days) no Tracking Code.We Recomended to using EMS with tracking code so you can tracking your order.
Can I track my order?
EMS delivery has a tracking number. Definitely, after we ship your order, we send you a notification email with EMS tracking number to check the delivery status of your order at your government postal service website Please note that Registered Mail does not provide a tracking number.
Do you take order at weekends?
Yes, we take orders 7 days a week. We ship most of orders on the same day we have received , except Sunday (order shipped on Monday).
